A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required in order to schedule an event date with HDR Animals.
Final sum of payment for event, including the traveling fee and petting zoo must be paid on or before event date prior to set up.
Contract forms need to be signed and dated by the customer before event can occur.
In the very unlikely situation that the event needs to be canceled due to a handler canceling because of emergency, illness or other uncontrollable situation we will refund your booking fee or reschedule, whichever the customer would prefer. Once services are rendered there will be no refunds.
HDR Animals reserves the right to not include or substitute an animal for any reason.
Customer must notify HDR animals of any parking restrictions at the event site and ensure adequate parking space of at least two car lengths for HDR animal’s vehicle and animal trailer. Parking must be located next to the event location.
We require a level, flat area with a minimum of 20 feet by 40 feet of space for setup, preferably on grass or dirt. Within 150 feet of the event there will need to be standard household electrical power available.
Scheduled event locations taking place within a park will need to be approved by your local parks and recreation department as needed. The client is responsible for any licenses or permits required by local ordinances.
Customer must make sure event space is free of any other hazardous animals or pets and that anyone at the event is not overly loud or unruly, as this will frighten the animals.
